GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Invitation

Please refer to the enclosed programme for the exact schedule of the conference. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to change speakers and make other changes to the content and organisation.

Participation fee and services included

The participation fee is € 1,390.00 per participant plus VAT. The welcome bonus of €990 plus VAT applies to first-time participants in the EE College. The early bird rate of € 1200,00 is valid until July 31, 2025. The fee includes accommodation with half board, refreshments during breaks and snacks, participation in accompanying events (if applicable) and transfer from the airport to the hotel. Also included is a flight up to a price limit of €370 from one of the possible airports to Mallorca and back, or a flat rate of €370.00 for booking a flight through the organiser's partner company ASYS Automatisierungssysteme GmbH. Additional flight costs will be invoiced in addition to the participation fee. You will receive your travel documents in good time before departure.

Payment

Upon receipt of your registration, you will receive a confirmation of registration from ASYS Group and an invoice for the participation fee on behalf of the organiser. The participation fee is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice, without deduction. Your participation in the seminar can only be guaranteed if the participation fee has been received before the start of the event.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation of the registration or non-attendance, the full fee will be charged. Of course, it is possible to send a substitute for the registered participant, but rebooking costs will be charged. Name changes are not possible for flights. Cancellations must always be submitted in writing.

Disclaimer

The organisers themselves accept no liability for damage or loss. Participants take part in all events they attend at their own risk and bear sole civil and criminal responsibility. By submitting their registration, participants waive all claims of any kind against the organisers and other persons involved in the organisation of the event, including their vicarious agents and assistants, for any damage arising in connection with the events. This exclusion of liability does not apply to claims for damages resulting from injury to life, limb or health. The exclusion of liability also does not apply to liability for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by the organisers, their legal representatives or vicarious agents. The organisers are also not liable for the consequences of force majeure. These include orders by authorities, wars, civil unrest, pandemics, aircraft hijackings, terrorist attacks, fire, floods, power failures, accidents, storms, strikes or other industrial action affecting the flights or hotels arranged and all measures integrated into the event. Notwithstanding the obligation to provide services, the organisers shall in no event be liable for damages resulting from a delay in the provision of services, in particular if the delay is due to the insolvency of third parties whom the organisers use to provide the services. In all cases of force majeure, the organisers are entitled to postpone or cancel the event without any entitlement to reimbursement of costs.

Other information

For your own safety, you should take out the necessary international insurance (health and liability insurance). We would like to point out that the press will be present. In the exceptional case of an extended stay at the participant's request, this shall be a free-of-charge gesture of goodwill for which any liability is excluded.

Your personal data will only be collected in connection with the organisation of the ‘EE-Kolleg 2026’. For this purpose, your registration data will be passed on to the organising companies, the travel agency Honest GmbH & Co.KG, the Hotel Son Caliu Spa Oasis, Mallorca Incentives S.L. and, if necessary, to their contractual partners for compelling reasons. You have the right to information and objection as well as to the deletion of your data at any time. If you agree to these purposes of use, we ask you to sign the registration form.
